GUIDELINES FOR TRAVEL CERTIFICATE APPLICANTS

Applicants would be interviewed by the Head of the Consular Section before they can begin the application process.

• Three (3) passport-size photographs (full face) taken not more than three (3) months from the date of application
• Fully completed application form
• Passport OR Birth Certificate
• Any Italian document
• Processing fee [€30]
